Writing for publishing companies in the 80’s and 90’s, I learned a lot about the craft of writing.
I feel that discipline helped me immensely when I began to write about my own life and experiences. As a singer/songwriter writing my own songs, I try to be personal and honest, with the understanding that you have to be centered within yourself and your emotions to write songs that ring true to the listener.
